You have 2 weeks after shipment date to return or exchange any items (excluding final sales and clearance) with the presence of an original receipt. Refunds will be issued to you in store credits.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. Returned items must be in new condition with seal and no sight of usage. If the returned items are not in new condition, we may accept the returns if our representatives determine that the items are in good condition and resalable.
Any items that are qualified for returns will also qualify for exchange. We will issue you a store credit equivalent to the item’s value and you can apply it to your next order.
We reserve the right to change any of the above policies or deny any return/exchange at our own discretion. Other exclusions may apply.
